At deadAir, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unwashed streetwear. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your deadAir account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a digital return authorization.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original shipping box or a similar durable mailer, ensuring all original hangtags and labels are included.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
